Day 01

Mumbai / Johannesburg / Cape Town – o Upon arrival at O.R Tambo International Airport meet & Greet by our Representative
o Make your way to domestic departures for your flight to Cape Town (Flight not included in costs)
o Arrive in Cape Town and transfer to your hotel
o Arrive at your hotel and check in
o Rest of the day at leisure (No Vehicle)
o Later depart for dinner at a local Indian restaurant

Day 02

Cape Town – o Breakfast at the hotel
o Commence on a tour of the city. Take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain for a panoramic view of the city and coastline. Visit the historic Malay Quarter we go past the South African Museum, with its famed Bushmen exhibits, the Cape Castle and other interesting sights. Towards the end of the morning a visit is made at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. This is South Africa’s most talked about tourist venue with many shops and restaurants.

Day 03

Cape Town – o Breakfast at the hotel
o 09h00 – Commence on a Full day Tour of Cape Point. We flank the cold Atlantic Ocean en route to Hout Bay. Once a fishing community now one of the most popular residential areas, the harbour still has a charm of days gone by. Enjoy a half-hour cruise to “Seal Island” (Booked by ERM @ 10H15) or for the not so adventurous the fish market “Mariners Wharf” is a must. We now continue alongside the Indian Ocean, and stop to see the Jackass penguin colony, which has become well established, at Boulders beach near Simonstown. Then we travel onwards until we reach Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. Said to be the romantic meeting place of the two mighty oceans, the Atlantic and the Indian, Sir Francis Drake the Explorer once called it “the fairest Cape that we saw in the whole circumference of the Globe”. And rightly so, it must be the highlight of any visit to the Mother City, if not South Africa. Our last stop of the day is at the Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens, home of some 3 500 species of Southern African fauna and flora.

o Depart on a private road transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to O.R Tambo Airport (Flight not included in costs)
o Arrive at O.R Tambo International and depart on a private road transfer to Sun City Resort – Drive time is approximately +/- 2.5 hours
o Arrive at the hotel and check in
o Rest of the day at leisure – No Vehicle required
o Dinner will be served at a local Indian restaurant

Day 08

Bakubung Game Lodge / Johannesburg – o Depart for a Morning Game Drive in an open 4×4 Game Vehicle
o Breakfast will be served at the lodge
o Depart on a private road transfer to Johannesburg via a Gold Reef City Tour for surface tour – Please note that Underground mind tour is still closed for renovations. We invite you to join Veli, a modern day school boy as he takes the journey of a life time in the company of Joe, a well weathered prospector from the late 1800′s. This fascinating introductory movie tells the story about the earliest days of Jozi and the discovery of gold. MUSEUM HOUSES – Mr Ohlthaver’s House: If you’ve ever wondered what it was like to be a mine official in the good old days, here’s your chance to join Veli as the dinner guest. Dowse House. Wander through the corridors with Veli as you learn about home-schooling (without the internet). Oosthuizen House: A “ghostly” experience awaits you as you stroll down the passages of time, where you will see what it was to ‘waste not, want not’. – Gold Reef City is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays

Should the hotel / lodge quoted on, not be available an alternative property will be booked based on the same rate and grading as the quoted property.

– Porterage for 2 reasonable pieces of luggage per person at airport

TRIPLE SHARING POLICY
– NO REDUCTION FOR TRIPLE SHARE ADULTS in South African Hotels.
– The triple sharing policy for the individual hotels upon request.
– Note that single supplement is payable for stay in hotels that are unable to accommodate 3rd adult.
CHILD POLICY
– A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age is allowed to share with a maximum of 2 full paying adults. A maximum of 2 children per family group is allowed at discounted rates.
– A child of 12 years and older will be charged the full applicable adult per person rate. If a child shares with only 1 adult, the child will pay the full applicable adult sharing rate.
– Certain accommodation establishments refuse permission to children less than 12 years of age, e.g. certain private game lodges. Supplier child conditions will apply in these cases.
– Certain accommodation establishments only accept children in family units. These units are often in limited supply and subject to availability. Acceptance of any child on discounted conditions is therefore subject to availability and confirmation of such units.

• Should the hotels/lodges quoted on, not be available at time of booking, an alternative property will be booked within the same price and class range as quoted.

• The rates quoted are always subject to change without prior warning, should there be any increases in bed levies, airfares, park fees, fuel, sales tax or VAT, Third Party Services, exchange rate fluctuations or any other circumstances beyond our control for services featured in this quote.
• All clients must take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment.
• In order to comply with international insurance requirements all airline tickets must clearly show the passenger’s title, surname, name and initial (as indicated in their passport). Please also provide us with this information at the time of confirmation.
• Foreigner passport holders planning to travel to South Africa now require a minimum of two (2) blank pages in their passport to enable the entry visa to be issued. If there is insufficient space in the passport, entry will be denied & the person is likely to be detained pending return to their country of origin.
• Standard check-in times at the hotels are 14h00. Early check-ins can be requested however it is at the discretion of the hotels and not guaranteed
• Standard check-out times at the hotels are 10h00. Late check-outs can be requested however it is at the discretion of the hotels and not guaranteed.
• Full pre-payment of all services are required at least 48-hours prior to arrival! In certain instances deposits will be required to secure booking space at hotels and lodges!
• All Incentive groups will require at least a 30% deposit to secure the rooms and full payment prior to arrival.
• For any booking of 10 rooms and more a 50% deposit will be required to secure/guarantee the booking!
• Gold Reef City is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays!
