Welcome to Srinagar, the lake city. On arrival at Srinagar airport, starts your tour of ‘Flavour of Kashmir‘. You will be received and taken to your hotel / houseboat. In the evening, enjoy a romantic ‘shikara ride’ gliding on the picturesque Dal Lake.

Day Excursion to Sonmarg (82 kms. / approx. 4 hour drive one-way) |
Today you will proceed on a day excursion to Sonmarg, the ‘Meadow of Gold’. You can enjoy a pony ride on the glacier (on direct payment basis).

To Gulmarg (52 kms / approx. 2 hour drive) |
This morning, drive to Gulmarg, also known as the ‘Meadow of Flowers’. On arrival, check into your hotel. Enjoy a fun-filled pony ride and gondola rides (on direct payment basis).

To Srinagar (52 kms / approx 2 hour drive) |
Late in the morning, you will drive to Srinagar. On arrival, check into your hotel / houseboat. In the afternoon visit the Shankaracharya Temple and Mughal Gardens.

Welcome to Jammu, the city of temples. On arrival at Jammu airport or railway station, starts your tour of ‘Kashmir-Paradise on Earth‘ .You will drive to Pahalgam. Arrive Pahalgam and check into your hotel

The day is at leisure to admire the beauty of this quiet place. One can enjoy a pony ride to nearby places like Chandanwari (ponies can be hired directly) or simply walk along the river, Lidder.

To Srinagar (97 kms / approx. 4 hour drive) |
Today, you will drive to Srinagar. Enroute visit the Awantipura ruins, an 1100 year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. On arrival into Srinagar, check into your hotel / houseboat. In the afternoon visit the temple of Shankaracharya and the Mughal Gardens

Drive to Gulmarg, also known as the ‘Meadow of Flowers’. Enjoy a fun-filled pony ride and gondola rides (on direct payment). Later, return to Srinagar. In the evening experience a romantic “shikara ride” on the Dal Lake.

This morning drive to Katra where you will check into your hotel on arrival. The evening is spent at leisure .

Today embark on a 14 km trek to the Vaishnodevi Mata shrine (ponies can be hired on direct payment basis). After darshan you will return to your hotel late at night.

Time to bid farewell to your ‘Kashmir-Paradise on Earth‘ tour, as you are transferred to Jammu airport or Jammu railway station for your journey onward.

Welcome to your ‘ Kashmir Experience ‘ tour! Arrive into Jammu airport or Jammu railway station. There you will be received and taken to Katra where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The evening is free followed by an overnight stay in the hotel .

In Katra | Trek to Mata Vaishnodevi (14 kms one way) |
As per your own preferred time, proceed to Banganga from where you will trek up the Mata Vaishnodevi Temple. Every day of the year, a mass of humanity surges up steep pathways that cut across the hillside for mile after mile. Popular belief holds that anybody who walks the Himalayan trail to her abode to ask for a wish rarely goes back disappointed. There are many who travel here to pay obeisance regardless of their faith, class, caste or religion, for Mata Vaishnodevi transcends all such barriers. Return to your hotel after Darshan followed by an overnight stay at the hotel (B)

Today depart for Patnitop. On arrival into Patnitop, check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is spent in leisure to relax and enjoy the beauty of Patnitop,

To Pahalgam (153 kms / approx. 3 & half hour drive) |
Today depart for Pahalgam, the ‘Valley of Shepherds’ which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from the river Lidder and Sheshnag Lake. On arriving in Pahalgam, check into your hotel to enjoy the beauty around which is later followed by an overnight stay at the hotel (B)

The Day is spent in Leisure to admire the beauty of this quiet place. One can enjoy a pony ride to nearby place like Chandanwari (On direct payment basis) or simply walk alongside the Lidder River followed by an overnight stay at the hotel (B)

To Gulmarg (145 kms / approx. 5 hour drive) |
This morning proceed to Gulmarg driving past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. En route visit the Awantipura Ruins, an 1100 year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman. Gulmarg – the ‘meadow of flowers’ is an apt term for this idyllic flower – laden spot, offering a spectacular view of towering snow capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers, gigantic firs and pine trees. On arrival, check into your hotel. Thereafter you may wish to stroll leisurely across the green meadows to one of the world’s highest Golf Course. A must is a fun-filled ride in the Gondola Lift with compliments of Cox and Kings up to Level 1. The rest of the evening is spent in leisure to relax and enjoy the beauty of Gulmarg followed by overnight stay in the hotel (B)

This morning depart for Srinagar. On arrival in Srinagar, you will be taken to your hotel. In the afternoon proceed on a city tour visiting the Shankaracharya Temple situated atop a hill, followed by the famous Mughal Gardens – Chasmashahi, Nishadand Shalimar (closed on Friday). These gardens were where Mughal emperors once relaxed with their exquisite queens and even today are popular picnic spots. Also visit the local handicrafts shops where you can purchase local hand crafted items – shawls, jackets, bed covers, paper mache, carpets and much more followed by an overnight stay in the hotel (B)

Today embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque ‘meadow of gold’ – Sonmarg. The fast flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in the snow and ice followed by an overnight stay at the hotel (B)
